    Lucy sets off at 9:00 AM according to her fast clock, but the actual time is 8:45 AM.

    The journey takes 2 hours and 45 minutes. Adding this to the actual start time:

    8:45 AM + 2 hours = 10:45 AM

    10:45 AM + 45 minutes = 11:30 AM

    So, the actual time when Lucy finishes her journey is 11:30 AM.
